Foreign Trip – Crete
Tuesday 5th - Tuesday 12th May 2026

Our foreign trip for 2026 will take us back to the Island of Crete. We will be staying at Palechora located on the southwest peninsula of the Island. From here we will explore the local area with many spectacular walks, in the mountains, around the coastline and local countryside.

Our accommodation will be in typical comfortable Greek rooms with private facilities. We will prepare our own simple breakfast and packed lunch with our evening meal being in local restaurants where we can enjoy typical Cretan meals and drinks.

Currently flights cost approximately £150, plus £50 for a hold bag (sharing a bag with another participant may be possible).

Rooms are 20 euros a night per person.

Food is reasonably priced and is cheaper than eating out in the UK.

Our transportation to and from the airport and our walks each day where needed will be by local coach.
