For many this is some of the finest hillwalking in the UK with impressive rugged & beautiful scenery in some of the oldest mountains in the world with sea lochs to explore & the famous villages of Plockton & Applecross a short drive. The area lies to the west of Inverness and offers a great range of outdoor walking and mountaineering with many well known Munros in easy reach from our base.

Glencarron Lodge is a fine example of a typical Scottish shooting lodge with all the modern comforts which should suit us well.
We’ll be traveling up & back breaking the journey overnight in Crianlarich youth hostel or similar.
